Quote du jour/Mark Twain

In the spring I have counted one hundred and thirty-six different kinds of weather inside of four and twenty hours.
  Mark Twain (1835-1910)

Ain't it the truth?! These photos were taken the other day. I thought the icicles quite beautiful. We don't have the snow on the ground anymore but today there has been snow in the air, drizzly rain, and moments of sunshine.

  1. We had a little bit of snow last week, but it's all since melted. Thunderstorms last night with lots of rain. I do love spring in Nebraska!

    1. It seems that his words fit many of our regions.

  2. I'm kind of partial to spring in Louisiana myself--if only it lasted longer than a couple weeks before summer hits! I don't envy you your icicles at all!
